The Beginning
Deramore Developments is founded in Belfast, with head offices (formally a car showroom) located just off the historic Ormeau Road.
1980 -
Throughout Troubles
Throughout the Troubles, Portview picked up a lot of reactive maintenance work following bomb attacks which involved the boarding up and refits of stores and businesses caught in the crossfire. That was just the background to life.

Entry into the UK market
Portview grew up on the high street working for household brands such as HMV, Mothercare, the Early Learning Centre and Iceland, and doing multiple store roll-outs for clients like O2 and Orange.
2004
Carving a Niche
Having carved a niche in the fit-out market, Portview decided to entirely specialise in delivering high quality interiors for both high-street and high-end brands; rebranding the company name to Portview Fit-Out as we know it today.

High Profile
Portview enters the luxury sector of the market with high-profile projects for the likes of Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Issey Miyake, Arsenal and London Stadium. Firmly cementing their presence in the retail, hospitality and stadia sectors with aspirations to expand further.

Award Winners
Portview named Retail Leisure International’s Contractor of the Year. Portview starts its first charity partnership with Make A Wish.
2019
Milestone Success
Portview wins its first SBID International Design Excellence Award for Lush Liverpool and achieve the H&S milestone of 2 million working hours RIDDOR incident free.
