Mark has 13 years of experience in the construction industry. During this time, he has accumulated a vast amount of experience having worked on projects with a value of £4m-£230m. He has held the position of Site Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Construction Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager. He is a well-organised, highly motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Aidan has over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He has the ability to understand working drawings, and to programme work on site to achieve completion schedules and key dates as well as manage site health & safety. He can organise all site trades, work with architects, project managers, surveyors and clients to achieve a high quality completion.

Paul has served as a Contracts Manager with Portview for over 15 years. He has exceptional project management skills and has the ability to motivate his team and deal with people at all levels to consistently deliver superior fit out contracts within various sectors including high-end retail, office, finance and hotel.

With over 10 years of experience in IT Project Management, Carol’s unique and in-depth knowledge of the IT industry is reinforced by the success of numerous nationwide educational IT projects. Approachable and dependable, Carol is transforming the way the team at Portview develop their knowledge and core skills. Carol plays a critical role in ensuring that all the staff have secure access to the necessary systems and software that are essential for Portview to operate successfully on a daily basis.

Glenn brings experience from across the construction and manufacturing sectors. Glenn’s previous experience also includes being a director of a H&S consultancy and acting in CDM roles on projects up to £250m. Glenn is responsible for managing and improving Portview’s H&S Management System and assisting colleagues to exceed their H&S goals.

Karen is responsible for all things related to the people of Portview; from finding talented individuals to ensuring compliance with legislation. Karen specialises in building strong team environments, developing policies and supporting strategy. She is a forward thinking individual committed to best practice and has a passion for training, winning many awards for her HR strategies.

Darragh has over fifteen years of invaluable experience in the Manufacturing, Construction, Mining and Retail sectors.  Hardworking and ambitious, Darragh oversees all aspects of the finance department in Portview, including the production of financial accounts, ensuring the integrity of financial information is maintained and financial risks are minimised.

PJ has over 26 years of experience in the construction industry. PJ has accumulated a vast wealth of experience in managing fast-moving fit-out projects simultaneously, having worked with Harrods, Selfridges, Wimbledon and Heathrow. He has excellent organisational and time management skills, which are vital for managing the successful delivery of complicated, high-end designs on time and budget.

Wilson has specialist experience in delivering fast track multi-store roll outs for major retailers and hoteliers, along with bespoke high-end luxury for various clients throughout the UK, America and Europe.

Wilson has excellent communication and negotiating skills and is dedicated to achieving high levels of client satisfaction and value for money.

John has over 15 years’ experience and has first class planning and co-ordination skills.

John was Project Manager on Portview’s first project at the Emirates Stadium, a £4.2m fit-out of a section of Club Level which was completed in time for Arsenal’s first home game of the season. Since then, the relationship has grown from strength-to-strength, and has paved the way for a number of projects within stadia.

Melvin has over 15 years of experience in the construction and fit-out sector and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders.  Melvin successfully manages an estimating department of 8 people which estimates circa 150-200 million per annum. As the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, Melvin has excellent communication and organisational skills fostering early client relationships into valued clients.

Paul has a wealth of experience as a Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager.

He has a great deal of experience in managing fit-out contracts in the retail sector, working as Contracts Director for luxury department store, Harrods. Paul has led the fit-out of Portview’s most ambitious project, Harrods Shoe Heaven, a £11 million fit-out located on the fifth floor of the Knightsbridge store.

Sean has extensive experience of completing fit-out projects to a very high standard for major high street retailers, luxurious department stores, hotels and smaller, independent clients throughout the UK and Ireland. He is one of our key major contract men, capable of making things happen on the ground. Sean oversees the initial stages of new client relationships, while constantly promoting the skills and service of Portview.

Born and raised in Belfast and an award winning Chartered Director, Simon began his career working for the Midland Bank at its London Head Office after completing an Economics Degree at Bristol University. He trained with Ernest Young for just over three years, before joining Portview Construction (as the company was known then) as Financial Controller.
