The works consisted of the refurbishments of the East and West reception lobbies and the 1st to 6th Floor communal corridors within each block. This entailed new specialist plaster works, lighting, decorations, wallpapering, carpets, stone flooring and unitary.
The stone itself having to be picked and agreed with the designer and our suppliers at source in Verona.
The Portview team was responsible for taking the concept design drawings and developing through to construction drawings, for bespoke feature glass and bronze screens and Onyx clad reception counters.
Working closely with both the designers our in-house design team and our specialist sub-contractors we have produced a fantastic finished product for the client, which not only hugely improves the ambiance of the communal areas but undoubtedly adds value to the clients own apartments.
