The project involved the strip out and fitout of an existing workspace on the second floor of an elegant period townhouse in the heart of Mayfair.
To achieve the tight schedule of dates required by the client, we mobilised quickly to ensure all orders were approved and placed in advance of the Christmas holidays to stay on schedule.
Key Points of Interest
Viewing Room
For added texture, Portview installed sisal carpet in both the office and reception areas to complement the crisp, white walls that create a natural, organic look throughout. To illuminate the art and draw the eye, a new lighting system on track fittings was installed in the viewing room to set the scene via directional and dimmed lighting.
The Office
The office area was then fitted out with bespoke oak fixtures, that provide shelving and storage for the daily running of the company.
