We provide one Contracts Team to look after all your fit-out needs across your portfolio in the UK and Ireland. This allows for consistency and time efficiency as the team you deal with exerts its valuable knowledge and experience to your next project. Each contracts team, consisting of a Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor are supported by a contracts administrator and will manage all aspects of the project from the consultative phase through to completion.



Through the provision of the latest in mobile, tablet and laptop computing, on site printing, and wireless connectivity we ensure that sites are always abreast of the current information. This is supported by a cloud based email provision, secure backed-up and recoverable state of the art document management servers at head office all under pinned by our Business Continuity Management accreditation ISO22301.



Accessible, accountable and personal management by our business owners is key to strong client communication. This hands-on approach, combined with a very flat management structure, means that those who need to be empowered to make decisions are able to do so but have a line of owner support at hand if required. Each client will also quickly get to know one of the company directors for added engagement, confidence and the long term development of the relationship.



The company has grown off the back of our reputation for high quality work with a “making your job easier” approach supported by skilled and friendly staff. Doubling turnover every five years on the back of this approach has only been possible through the high levels of client satisfaction demonstrated by an average of 85% repeat business year on year.



Our company philosophy and success is built on developing long term mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. We work hard to make sure there is a good fit between both parties before committing to a project and while mindful of the contractual requirements on projects, we see resorting to contractual dispute as failure – and we haven’t failed yet. This works both ways and we treat our supply chain in exactly the same way – seeking to build long term mutually beneficial relationships here too.


From stones to wood to metals to glass we have sourced almost every conceivable finish known to high end designers. This supply chain extends all over the world and combines all of the trending finishes with the experience gained in making the designers vision a reality.

Where we work

Predominately our work is centred on high-end commercial, leisure and retail destinations and unsurprisingly over 60% of our turnover is within the M25 with an ever-increasing presence on Bond Street, Regent Street and similar high-end locations in London.

From our home base in Belfast, Northern Ireland we see the UK and Ireland as our natural market-place. We have worked in Cornwall to Inverness, from Cork to Belfast, and a wonderful mix of destinations in between. Further afield we have worked in Paris, New York and even some far flung destinations when our long standing clients have required it of us.
