We currently have a requirement for a Pre-Qualification Manger. In this role you will be responsible for addressing all requests/proposals relating to pre-qualification by the company for tender lists and liaise with the Estimating Director in relation to information requirements for tender submissions. You will also maintain the sub-contractor information database.
In this role you will be responsible for co-ordinating, preparing, reviewing and producing PQQ/Tender bid submissions, the production of completed hard copies, electronic submissions/uploads and presentations. You will coordinate and circulate tender/contract correspondence and feedback. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, consultants, designers, suppliers, internal staff members and sub-contractors to obtain and assist with information necessary for submissions. You will maintain relevant databases and ensure information is up to date. You will ensure that approved sub-contractor lists are updated. You will also be responsible for communicating with potential clients on Tenders and PQQs submitted to ensure requirements are met.
