We currently have a requirement for an IT Support Assistant, in this role you will be responsible for resolving product & service problems, solving user issues to ensure that our teams IT expectations are met.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting end users, dealing with their day to day enquiries, maintaining user profiles and equipment. You will also assist in training the end users.. You will liaise with external IT support and maintain the fixed asset register. You will also assist with the administrator of our E-learning platform and help build the content in partnership with the provider.
